Is there a cancellation fee?

If you cancel your order before our driver is en route, there's no problem! However, if your car is inaccessible, a $20 undeliverable fee will apply

We currently offer regular and premium gas, with diesel coming soon!

What are the time frames I can order gas?

Our delivery service offers convenient availability to accommodate your needs:

  • Monday - Friday (3:30pm - 8:30pm)

  • Saturday (7am - 7pm)

  • Sunday (7am - 3pm)

How will Freedom Fuel find my vehicle?

Our driver will head over to the address you give us. Got any special instructions? There's a spot for those too! If we can't find your ride, we'll shoot you a message. And don't worry, rest assured we always double-check your car's info before we start pumping!

Where can I get my gas delivered?

Anywhere you want! Home, work, school, the gym, your kids baseball game—wherever you need us!

How will Freedom Fuel access my fuel tank?

Just pop your vehicle’s fuel door when you place your order. We’ll even send you a reminder to make sure your car is accessible and the fuel door is open when our driver is on the way!

How do I pay?

All payments are made within the Freedom Fuel Co app and processed through our partner Stripe; a secure payment platform used by businesses all around the world. 

Does Freedom Fuel offer additional services besides gasoline refueling?

Absolutely! We offer a complimentary front windshield cleaning and check and fill tire pressure if necessary.
